Nicola has spent three years away. Coming home means facing grief, old loyalties, a vampire she still loves, and a supernatural bond she never asked for. It means figuring out how to let people into a life she’s spent a long time trying to manage on her own.
Naturally, things get complicated.
I’ve loved spending time in this world, and I’m looking forward to letting readers into it, too. There’s something strange about finishing a book and realizing that the characters who have been keeping you company for months are about to belong to other people as well.
